Pros
Eden pillow is an adjustable extremely comfortable pillow. Adjusting the loft size is a plus.
Product is awesome and an experience in itself. Would recommend. Very good tips.
It's a little bit on the pricier end, but it's a great pillow. As for the pillow it is great. Perfect combo. Now, just right. I can see how it would be the hg of a lot of people!
Cons
Ripped off $100. After a couple of weeks, loft is gone. The goal gets flat very quick.

Price
Price seems high, but is not at all when considering the improvement of my sleep.
I would buy it again, even though it is for me a high-priced pillow.
Shipping
The pillows arrived and after a quick dryer fluff were ready for use (no chemical odor at all).
It arrived quickly but amazon shipped the wrong size.
They were very fast with dealing with the return.
Packaging/appearance
I used half a pack, and i am satisfied with what i have now!
The pillow comes very flat when unwrapped from packaging.

Initially was using the same pillow for almost 10 years and it was getting to the point where i needed to retire it as it was causing me to have issues with neck shoulder and head pain
