It’s the softest pillow i ever placed my head on. The soft, quilted pillow case adds another layer of comfort.
The pillows are still very comfortable. Has all the benefits of a memory foam, but softer and fluffy like a hotel down pillow.
Cons
The off gassing from the pillow is horrendous. The stuffing is not very dense at all. This 1 came up with great reviews but then ghosted me.

Quality
Has improved my sleep quality and i don’t wake up with neck, shoulder, upper back pain.
The pillow cover is also removable and washable (and great quality!
This is like a hybrid pillow with many small pieces of memory foam that are inserted in a case.
Not like a memory foam, waaay better, still feels fluffy unlike the sinking feeling you get with memory foam.
Price
I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows, literally.
Can’t put a price on a good nights sleep.
I would buy it again, even though it is for me a high-priced pillow.
Shipping
Keep the extra stuffing they ship with each pillow for topping up when you need to extend the life of the pillow.
Packaging/appearance
Will be asking for additional stuffing as i have used the extra they included in the package
Competitiveness
I prefer a more flat pillow for sleeping, as i'm a stomach sleeper and pillows that are too high bother my neck.

I have had manypillows over the years and not one of them could hold a candle to this one i will say that the price was around130 two years ago

Can become pretty messy when taking out the fluff

Needs to conform with neck better even though you can adjust it by removing the foam it still does not support as well for the price the pillow costs
