Pros

It is adjustable! The memory foam keeps it's shape beautifully and contours to your neck and face while you sleep. Full comfort & quality.

It is nice and squishy. This pillow is soooo soft! It is now on its second cycle on high heat, and just now is it only slightly damp.

Make sure you put at least two pillows in the washer to balance this water bomb. Comes with a waterproof cover and then a zippered pillow case over it.

Cons

The off-gassing/odor of the foam shred inside of the pillow is so horrid that i would not allow anyone, including our family dog to sleep on this pillow! This pillow still smells so strongly that i am going to have to return it. The other pillow which... Read More

Looks like they used some inferior material in this one which also explains the discount. How is this a toddlers pillow? They say it will take 2 hours to pull the latex out.
