Pros
They are adjustable so you create your own level of comfort. They are very comfortable and easy to adjust to your particular head size. Very comfy and lightweight.
Velcro in the back makes it easy to adjust. Terry cloth around your forehead handles any sweat from exertion. Sweat band keeps sweat from pouring in my eyes.
Cons
The visor is awful, and i had low expectations to being with, buying from amazon. Not as describe velcro instead of hook and loop.
