If you attach it correctly i cant see how it would fall off but everybodys shaped differently i guess

The bands are comfortable the elasticity perfect the velcro very strong but the plastic guides can be painful under the arms if you do not apply them correctly to each shoulder

The heat doesnt last as long as 20 minutes like it says but it only takes about 30 seconds to reheat them
