Pros
The seller is quick and efficient. The lamps are extremely well packaged and delivered. They arrived within 4 days of ordering and were shipped from turkey.
I wasn't planning on lighting it up but because it is so beautiful, i do. I recommend 15w incandescent bulbs because they are not too bright. It takes small candlebra style bulbs.
It will have alternate installation methods depending on whether you're installing into wood rafters or drywalled ceiling. Was somewhat concerned about the wiring, and were prepared to rewire it if necessary.
Customer service is top notch and extremely accommodating. It's always slightly anxiety provoking not knowing how a vendor will stand behind their project.
This is a gorgeous lamp, and i enjoy it anew every time i turn it on! This is exactly what i’ve been looking for for the finishing touch for my covered pergola! It’s a little moroccan oasis on my deck!
Cons
The mosaic on the lamp itself looks like i went to hobby lobby and did it myself. There is hot glue sticking up in multiple places as pictured. Remaining two sockets have shorts/faulty wiring, cannot get the lights to work.

Was not sure when i placed the order but very happy with the product when it arrived.
They are beautiful, only thing i would suggest, get bulbs that aren't as bright, or color coordinate bulbs with the bulbs.
Shipping
Lamp arrived in great condition - very carefully packaged for shipping.
Unfortunately, one of the globes got broken in shipping.
There was a small decorative piece that was damaged during shipping.
And the veal let was fast to respond to questions!
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was very secure and i received them very quickly.
Shipping was amazing and the packaging left no room for wiggling, never mind breaking.
Competitiveness
Everywhere i looked the lamps were at least twice the price!

You must customize your order if you want to choose different globes and if you want a star or feather at the bottom of each lamp
