Ok, every time i use this and empty the stuff out i am amazed!
I had an issue with the battery after amazon return window was closed.
Glides nicely on thin rugs and floors but sucks with the rugs.
Price
The price was just right as compared to the dyson that we use upstairs.
Competitiveness
Works great had it since christmas perfect budget comparison to the big name brands!
We have a dyson stick vacuum and this thing works every bit as good for 25% of the price.

The vacuum works very well and picks so much dirt and dust the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of five is because it sometimes gets backed up into the actual stick part and you have to work the trash out of it to get the suction working again

We did have an issue with the chargeradapter and after emailing customer service received a brand new unit
