Cons

I am completely grossed out by the food stuck to the tip of the flosser. This is the second time i try this product with the same unacceptable reliability.

The motor slows for no reason. It works for a few seconds then the pressure disappears. Tried to recharge it. Same thing happens.

Is it too late to get a refund? Would not recommend. Most amazon purchases are so easy to return.
