I usually take 2 or 3 and then try not to take it when i dont feel i need energy so i dont build up too much of a tolerance

It’s been terrible for multiple months every other year on average my lymph nodes will swell up i feel awful and useless with shifting symptoms and then after fighting it off for months i have to spend more months recovering all to get some months of decent health before doing it all again

I’ve lessened the severity of it through nutrients and nutrients have made the periods of health more vibrant but the months fighting it off once it’s reactivated are still very frustrating and tiring for me
