I would say it tapers off after 2 weeks, so could be placebo.

Workouts felt a little bit more pumped and lung capacity felt a teeny bit better curiously i felt a bit impatient and irritable occasionally while taking cordyceps

Dont think i had a cold after started taking this but it could be down to other factors as well ill leave it with the medics
