Pros

The ikea travel pillowcase fits this perfectly. This pillow has an indentation in the middle, which makes it very comfy to lean on.

Nice for traveling but not for everyday use. It lasts for years. My only complaint is that they seem to go flat after about 8 months of use.

Bought a petite pillow for each family member. This is one of the few pillows that doesn't have a downside.

Cons

Quality is poor with stuffing coming out. If i have the middle edge filled w/stuffing, then my neck is bent as my head falls into the crater in the middle of the pillow. Outer cushioned edge is very hard and uncomfortable.
