Pros
Great craftsmanship and perfect tone. This has the most beautiful, resonant tone. Thankfully, they are in tune with each other as promised.
The seller is magnificent and distinguished. Fine packaging. Highly recommend. Thanks espresso fan for sharing your fix.
The windchime is an excellent addition to our outdoor patio. Came easily out of the box, installed on hanger and was blown away with the 1st chime sound.
Quality is top shelf, the sound is wonderful and my wife loves them. With the low c hanging on one side of my balcony, a lovely stereo is achieved.
A beautiful sound, and very calming tones. Great soothing positive * audible inside house. They add such a nice ambience in my outdoor space.
Cons
Like everything else today is made much cheaper. Unfortunately the craftsmanship relative to cost is not equal. Not a result of any heavy winds or storms. Simply just daily outdoor exposure.

The parts are solid and well made.
It is very well made and will please the family and guests for years to come.
I tried hanging the sail with a 360° swivel as recommended at first and did not like the results.
They are expertly crafted and the sound feels as if it is part of nature.

Costs a few bucks, but shared 4 ways it was such a blessing to all of us capture her joy and thankfulness.
I finally decided to spend that much money for a set of chimes, and i am very pleased i did.
They are on the pricey side though.
They are a bit pricey, but they were about $100 cheaper here.
