As you tighten the screws, the plate tends to shift sideways in the direction you tighten. The screwholes to hold the door bell are offset and not angled. The plastic is flimsy and held on by a few overstressed flimsy screws.
For missing parts, only ring support information is available; even though amazon fulfilled the order.
