Pros

The layout of my room limits where a television can be mounted. This makes it so easy to avoid glare at different times of the day.

It works as describes and we are happy with this purchase. Very satisfied.

The steel frame is sturdy, but with dependability comes some weight. Very well made, heavy duty & durable.

Cons

The instructions are not good. All pictures and not good pictures. Unable to install it. Also missing the nuts to secure the plate to the arm.
