Pros & Cons
Pros
The leds are brighter than i expected, which is a good thing. The light isnt too bright and gaudy as it casts a mellow glow. It compliments my other red led fan well.
The green led fans match the green stripe on the case. Have a 7 fan setup in my full tower. I know the cables in behind are a bit messy.
Asetek 550lc radiator set up in a push-pull configuration. Has good cfm roughly 60cf so its moving plenty of air. Keeps my cpu cooler than previous fan on a water cooler radiator set-up. All mounted in a corsair carbide 200r case.
It's noisy at 100% fan speed, but at 80% or so it moves a good amount of air and doesn't make any annoyingly pitched sounds. Comes with a 3-pin so it's always at full rpm. Very low audible noise at max rpm.
Cons
The 4 that still work properly are the noisiest ones in the case. Contacted corsair on 1/25 with ticket #6733288. Very disappointed in my first corsair customer service contact.
Highlights
Quality
Putting this fan in was super easy, and it is considerably more quiet than the original fan in our kit.
Its a fan, works like it should.
