When first installed it’ll default to the factory low settings so just go into your bios and enable xmp or the profile 1 and it’ll resort it to its 3000 power

By no means am i a novice to pc building but in my mind i thought 2 1x16 modules of the exact same speed brand and serial number would be compatible with each other regardless that they werent sold in a kit together as 2x16

I made the grave mistake of doing that and as soon as i took the second stick of ram out the bsods stopped entirely
