Quality
It is ram - it is really doing its job - great and low profile - didn't interfere with the height of the corsair ram.
Usual crucial quality - no issues with these ram sticks when i installed them to upgrade the ram on my pc.
Not the quickest in the world, but very good and above all compatible with the mother board ga-z87.
Corsair always put out quality products at a reasonable price, and this time's no exception!
Price
Because there cheaper now, than when the memory price hike was going.
Packaging/appearance
Works well, fast delivery and excellent packaging.
Competitiveness
I needed this low profile memory to allow for the non stock cooler on a i7 4770k processor.
Now running at 1600mhz 10-10-10-27 it's a great memory kit to recommend.
Went with low profile to clear cpu fan but changed to h100i liquid cooler instead.
