Vengence pro 1600 ddr3 will not work in a dell computer. No way to change the speed or the timing settings on this ram to make it behave as it is advertised to be.

Very good memories, now i can play games that ate all the ram memory, i'm quite satisfied with the product.

I grabbed two packs of this product.

On a negative note that has nothing to do with the technical specs, this 2x8gb kit has exploded in price overnight from ~$70 to ~$86 us.

Pretty frustrating since the ram that came with the dell was running at 1600mhz so why on earth it would reduce the speed is beyond me.

Memory runs at the advertised latency and clock rate, and the price was good.

Highly recommended and the price was good too.

But, due to this price gouging nonsense, instead of buying this ram kit from amazon, i bought it elsewhere for even less that $70 (new).
