Overall, the fans are as gorgeous as they are overpriced. Nonetheless the fans look awesome. Once you get the hand of icue software the effects are endless.
Cons
Corsair is about to lose a big proponent of their equipment permently if they don't fix it soon. They require commander pro, which is just locknig you into their trash, dysfunctional software-driven eco-system.
The colour of fan start to flickering randomly. The led flashes like crazy and the light is not controllable while it is flashing. Change colors by itself.
Highlights
Quality
I got it earlier than expected and the quality is excellent.
Maybe a bit overpriced but still a great product.
Not a fan of the software to control colors for corsair product.
Buy it if you want rgb quality.

The colors are beautiful and using icue software with it in corsair 500d rgb if fits perfectly!
Pros:1) as others say, lighting is very good, and once you get the hand of icue software the effects are endless.
Big step up from my old coolermaster fans.

My advice is to buy all the fans you need at one time i bought 3 a couple months after i got my original 6 and they don’t match great

In hindsight and if they had been on sale as well the ql series would have been better as they are lit on both sides

I knew this in advance so bought some but a newer pc enthusiast might be frustrated to start stringing it together only to find not enough fan channels
