Pros & Cons
Pros
Runs well, is quiet, and provides a decent power level for the subsystem i am using it for. Must buy. Brilliant, worth the extra money.
Dark power pro 1500 has no coil whine at all. The modular design means you don’t need to connect all cables, only the ones you need. The only problem is the coil-whine on rtx 3080 oc card.
Cons
High pitched constant piii noise is awful. No matter how many checks on hardware and software, there was a significant power coil whine. Overpowered the sound through my headphones.

It made installing the top radiator a little tricky once the cpu power was connected up, as the cables did not want to flex out of the way.
Competitiveness
I would definitely consider buying this power supply again if i was building a new high-end pc.
It's work silent with rdr2, death stranding and cyberpunk2077 on both cards.
Turning off pc after gpu take more than 260w (which is way to low to crash 750w psu).
Seems like luck of the draw, got to take into account the price for a platnum 1000w psu is very good just a shame theres a chan... Read More
