Pros
Very good and sturdy powersupply. Not modular or semi-modular, but that can be arranged.
Great little budget psu option. Needed some extra oomph after upgrading my gpu. Overall, great psu.
Cons
Capacitor/coil noise when under load. I have no idea why the bearing is shot so soon but this noise is unbearable.

I would buy another one for my next build because of the quality and it's extremely quiet even when the cooling fan is running.
Reasonably priced, high quality and easy to install.

One thing to note, the first one i got had some coil whine, so i returned it and got a replacment.
I could not find a single 650w 80+ bronze rated psu for this price (~$90).

It does look nice cables are more combined and easier to hide i like the fan and its location very low noise 3 years warranty

Dell was very creative in where they routed some of the original wires so i had to temporarily remove parts like the cpu cooling housing that i would have preferred not to touch

No noticeable noise on idle not even on load since you’ll hear your pc fans and gpu fans by then
