Pros

I have average size hands and it feels great. The extra width, incl thumb and finger rests, also feels good. The mouse fits perfectly fine in my large right hand. Love the pinky rest, provides good stability without fingers touching table.

Dual wireless options (bluetooth and proprietary dongle) are nice for switching between different devices, such as a desktop and laptop. Nice that the mouse side charge cable is usb-c, reduces fumbling to get the right side inserted.

Cons

Battery life is a joke when comparing this to the mx series of wireless mice. The corsair has a 1000mah battery - twice the size, and it still lasts only 1/100th of the time. Im not happy with this mouse and cant wait for my logitech g502x to arrive.

It randomly decides that your holding * when you just click them. The * should have been mapped out of the box!

The icue configuration utility is cumbersome and annoying. Configuring the mouse is a huge pain. If you want to do anything like that you have to have their huge spyware sitting on your pc running as a service and an app.

The mouse now makes a squealing noise when i scroll down or up with the mouse wheel. The usb receiver gets laggy and causes the cursor to stutter.

This is definitely a good quality mouse

Great vibrant rgb lights, no input lag, and syncs with all my corsair products.

The bluetooth signal, coming from the mouse, had continuous issues as observed by my tools and would no longer connect to anything.

I am very sorry to say that i had to ship the product back defective.

The old model cable was out of order really quickly.

Packaging/appearance

The corsair dark core rgb pro arrived and the rgb is nice, but not for me.

Competitiveness

Or just buy a different brand that doesn't require icue, or buy a new pc lol.

I can't really compare it to other mice, but i got this one to start of my corsair addiction.

That software behaves differently on my home pc vs work laptop, even though both are win10 pro.
