For those of you using nexus phones i use the nexus 6 you will have to download a 3rd party file manager app nexus media importer in order to use this device with your phone

You just plug it into the usb port on the phone and you can move information from the phone to the drive backandforth so you never run out of space on the phone

Works well with a brand new nexus 6 but be selective about your playback software for video as some programs just cant handle the data

The only reason why i gave it 4 and not 5 stars is that the tab that tethers the cap to the drive broke on the drive side

I had to break off the tiny piece on the side so it fits through my note 4 cover
