Pros

The hs35 is a great gaming headphone. Comfortable, great sound quality, and adjustable. They provide hours of comfortable gameplay with plush memory foam and adjustable ear cups.

Corsair hs35 headphones are a remarkable addition to my gaming setup. The detachable unidirectional microphone ensures clear voice quality while reducing ambient noise. Long cord. Has saved me broken connectors several times.

Cons

Earpads break on the top right, right next to where the pad stops that rests on top of your head. After maybe an hour my ears are so sore i physically find it uncomfortable to continue wearing them. It uses a y splitter but its bad.

The sound quality is really bad. If you just want to watch videos or play games casually, it's probably fine. I recommend getting the corsair hs50 pro or hs60 pro. However, the mic is terrible.

The headphones are made out of plastic, so after a few years it did fall apart and snapped.

It is just unfortunate that the splitter is so low quality and in my case does not work.

Price

While obviously not audiophile worthy, these sound damn great for sub-$30.

Buy these over any other headphones under $40.

Only complaint was that is was a little dirty coming out of the box.

Competitiveness

Miles better than skullcandy or equivalents that you could pick up in any non-electronics store.

I also got a good deal on the sennheiser hd 599's recently.
