It is clear and crisp. It isn't hollow or tinny. For light use (mostly zoom / teams), the hs55 is totally fine and quite comfortable.

Cons

Every day or two the microphone seemingly fails. It shorts out or something and has to be moved around to get a good connection. Headset keeps disconnecting when i play games even when its fully charged.
