I heard that it is because of the icue software but it says discord certified on the box so it is a bit of a disappointment.
I would have given these a 5 star rating but the icue software really let these down.

The only issue ive had with these headphones is the icue software used for eq management etc causes a very loud hissing sound on low volumes i resolved this by uninstalling it from my pc
