Corsairs are a great audio product for the price. They are very comfortable, especially for a head full of hair. The audio quality is very good. The headphone cups are vinyl, so they get warm over time.

The corsairs sound better than the turtle beach headphones. The volume wheel has enough resistance that you will not overshoot your volume target and destroy your ears accidentally. Footstep sounds better than normal headphone sound.

Corsair has not updated its website since the issue was reported. The company has not contacted the user to fix the problem. The user returned the headset and asked for a refund.

The headphones sound great “when they work’. The headphones constantly have dropouts under 10 ft. Battery life is not great and sound quality seems muffled, turn them up and it's too loud.

The mic being detachable is okay, but i got spoiled with the turtle beaches and how i can just flip up the mic when done. The audio is fine, but after 2-3 months i've been having terrible crackling audio issues.

This item is a hot mess when configuring for pc. It shows up in devices but is not an option in playback. This device was shipped with little thought to the pc end user. Having a wireless headset is pointless if the wireless connectivity is horrible.
