The sound quality is pretty good; only downside is that the eq software presets aren’t great. I need to set up a pure audio source for obs recording so that users can depend on their own eq settings to listen.

The mic quality is outstanding, providing a truly premium experience. I use these for gaming and recording voiceover. Also, people tell me the mic is a pleasant improvement from the logitech mic i used between switching from virtuoso to this.

After a month of owning it, it's completely unusable. The reliability is staggeringly low. Corsair use to be top notch in quality, not any more.

The software is wayyy buggier internally. This speaks enough for the incompetence programming skill of their engineers. This is a terrible product if you are only using linux and a ps5.

Keep going straight for about four hours before it dies.

Price

So i bought theses used acceptable for like a quarter of the price and they work like brand new!

However, those have cost me over $200; with lower quilty, and frequently breaking mics/ports.

This headset was one of few i could find that has an attached mic, at an affordable price (with black friday sales).

Competitiveness

We all use the same brand name headphone and this is the best one we've found on the marketplace at an affordable price.

The sound is good, slightly bassy, but not nearly as much as the skullcandys i had before.

I have invested more money in previous headsets, so i can't entirely decide if this is a con or if it's just this product.
