The 4090 was too rich for my wallet, so got a cheap 3090 ti instead.
This was a good price, so grabbed one.
In addition i now have easily enough reserve power for when i can afford/find a new gpu.

The computer powered on like nothing happened but i reset it anyway and turned it back on

Every time i turned it on from then on it popped with the same loudness to the point where the whole psu vibrated and the flash of the blueish light kept recurring

The 1500w replacement as i said is perfectly working as im writing this and gives my 4090 suprim x and 13900k all the power they would ever want
