Quality
It's a decent price for the quality and it cools well, keeps my idle temps at 25c average and around 45 under load.
Only been running it about a week but its been super solid and icue works great.
I'm happier with the nvme waterblock over the cpu water block.
Currently running i9 9900k at 5ghz with idle temps in 30/40s and under load 60/70s very satisfied with the cooling of this product.
Price
Only small issue was having to use the controller which cost $70 as well since my pc does not use only corsair products.
Competitiveness
The most important part: performance is good; i am using it with a 9900k oc'd to 4.

Prime 95 one hour run settles out at 80c cinebenchr20 tops out at 76c

Id like to take it apart to clean it due to the incredibly dense fins but the cheaply manufactured injection molded plastic the screws go into is very scketchy do to the fact they can strip it out easily if you are not careful

In general i am not a huge fan of the plastic this entire thing is made of minus the plate and fin set obviously

The one i received was a open box but it was sold to me as new which is not corsairs fault
