Highlights
Quality
It's a decent price for the quality and it cools well, keeps my idle temps at 25c average and around 45 under load.
Only been running it about a week but its been super solid and icue works great.
Currently running i9 9900k at 5ghz with idle temps in 30/40s and under load 60/70s very satisfied with the cooling of this product.
Typical corsair quality, but my one complaint is the abnormally short rgb cable, so it lost a star.
Price
Only small issue was having to use the controller which cost $70 as well since my pc does not use only corsair products.
Competitiveness
The most important part: performance is good; i am using it with a 9900k oc'd to 4.
10 degree drop at load compared to my 4yo ek block.
Also something to note is that it doesn’t have its own mounting system, rather it uses standard asetek aio brackets for mounting.

However this will not fit the aorus z390 pro board without some mods

I’m leaving the rating as 4 stars simply because it comes with no controller at all and since it has a proprietary connector for the lighting it forces you to spend extra money on something that really should come with it

It’s made from some plastics that feel like they’re really cheap

Also it annoys me to no end that you can’t use the lighting without buying an extra lighting hub or the commander pro which by itself is another 70

Id like to take it apart to clean it due to the incredibly dense fins but the cheaply manufactured injection molded plastic the screws go into is very scketchy do to the fact they can strip it out easily if you are not careful
