Pros & Cons
Pros
It keeps my 4080 in the mid 40's while gaming with 1,140mm of radiator surface area. Each rad is about 50mm thick as well. Easy install, keeps my4080 even cooler than the stock setup.
Cons
During install it was noticed that many thermal pads where not on the pre installed thermal pads. This means the bracket is super useless and all the weight is on socket.
Highlights
Quality
Installation was very easy with the preapplied paste and pads.
Thermals have been great with the gpu running at 45-55c under load.
Competitiveness
I like this waterblock much better than any ekwb product ive ever purchased.
My system has a 5800x and two 240mm radiators.
Notes: as of 10/17/2023 the xg7 i received was not icue link compatible.
Corsair is apparently making an adapter cable to make it compatible with icue link.
