Pros
The 4080 runs cooler than my 3090 which is surprising! It keeps my 4080 in the mid 40's while gaming with 1,140mm of radiator surface area. Each rad is about 50mm thick as well.
Cons
The 7900xtx waterblock is either mislabeled, or its for a specific unspecified version. Many thermal pads where not on the pre installed thermal pads. This means the bracket is super useless and all the weight is on socket.

Price
Just bought this for my 4090 fe ( got a steal on ebay for 550$!
Full copper waterblocks go for 400 usd which in my opinion is too much of an overprice.
Would recommend it as it's a good cost to performance option.
Competitiveness
I was hesitant to water cool my new 4080 gpu but took the chance with corsair's xg7 and the results were better than expected.
This will be replacing a rtx3090 founders with a similar block from corsair.

My xg7 is white because i painted it with plastidipwhich turned out to be a very simple process

Pros quick and painless installation mostly metal construction corsairs waterblock is shorter than competing gpu water blocks
