Pros
Fans are noisy but powerful. Ml120 fans are audible at 40% with a very distinctive maglev sound. Great customization of lighting on corsair icue.
The cooler runs quieter and cooler than my old h100i v2 aio. I have i7-10700k and it’s clocked st 5. Amd ryzen 9 3900 cpu.
Really important. At first glance. Another happy customer. Thanks amazon again.
It idles between 30-50 degrees; idle spikes are normal for this processor. Idle around 35c and cinebech 23 in the high 60's. Fans on the corsair ramp up a little rpm but not enough to annoy you sound wise.
Cons

Installing this pump pretty much corrupted all of the other rgb lighting in my pc. Another issue is the poor optimisation of the icue software. Its not a normal app, runs in a dx/ogl window, so your overlays for e.
Highlights
Quality
Cpu temps hover around 24c when idle/small amounts of load, which i am very happy with!
Overall very happy with purchase and happy with the experience as a whole.
But if you are purely installing linux you might want to consider dual booting for the icue app.
I have yet to mess around with the software.

Install pretty easy, must flow instructions, looks great, quite running, great controls with icue software, great value.
My motherboard did not come with amd am4 stock mounting brackets and so without them you cannot fit the cooling system.
Upgraded firmware and used latest icue software.

This seems like a really bizarre decision on corsairs part to do this as its not like you can use the cpu fan and aio pump header on your motherboard for anything else

The fans are a little more noisy than im used to but i wear noisecancelling headphones when at my pc so i never hear anything

I have used it for over 3 months now and the noise level has never bothered me although you will need to download icue software to set a quieter profile if you need to as the default ml fans tend to be quite loud when sped up
