Quality
The keys feel nice, a combination of crisp and tactile.
While i don't like the icue software (over-complicated and bloated) i was glad to see this new kb sync up immediately.
There's also a small visual manufacturing issue behind the clear plastic cover where the caps lock, num lock, and other status lights are.
Functionality is unaffected, and i really like the tactile low-profile keys on this keyboard.
Price
This doesn't bother me at the price i paid, but yeah that would have really bothered me at full price.
It's barely noticeable, and again doesn't bother me at this price.
I happily bought a "renewed" version because it saved me $120 dollars.

I had a corsair kb previously and this one synced with the icue software immediately

Im assuming that whoever returned this kb was dissatisfied with a couple of small manufacturing details that would have bothered me if i had paid full price
