Pros & Cons
Pros
This keyboard has probably the nicest short-action scissor-switch keys i've ever used. The switches have a very nice tactile feel (like a cherry blue), but not clicky. The * feel so good that rubbing the finger grooves is soothing.
The corsair k100 is thicker, but still very slim, and the keys are more responsive. The key travel is something like 1mm and that tactile bump is super snappy. The keys are much more sturdy and snappy than a regular laptop or membrane keyboard.
With keyboard getting bigger and more catered to the gaming world, often neglected are the on-the-go gamers and/or office worker who likes some rgb. Great keyboard with one minor glitch that really doesn’t even affect the usage.
This keyboard fixes all of my gripes with my previous keyboard. I seriously enjoy the rgb and the action of this keyboard and love it's responsiveness. Does everything it says, and does it very well.
Cons
The keys are loud and sensitive. It's hard to toggle between green and red. The satisfaction * is that the windows key *regularly stops working*.
It performs well technically, but ostensibly is pretty much useless. It is bad for gaming as well. Corsair support is absolutely the worst.
It's frustrating for the keyboard to randomly disconnect. Sometimes a letter will get'stuck' and it'll retype something along the lines of oooooooooooooo until i click off of the text field. The only way to fix it is to completely unplug it and plug i... Read More
This supposed flagship product has a cheap feel all around, compared to my trusty 'old' k75 model. Hate these poor quality keyboards being marketed as a premium product. Even a $30 office keyboard works better than this.

Price
Now i'm stuck with a $300 keyboard and need to make it work.
One complaint: for this price it should come with a dust cover.
So i decided to spend $150 (black friday pricing) to get a new keyboard with the features missing from my k70.
Shipping
It has just arrived and i am very satisfied with it.
I waited 4 years to get it, my only regret is cable length 1.
Competitiveness
Also the k100 has a much nicer wrist rest than the k70 lux and it has rgb lights along the outside of the kb which are pretty nice.
The inclusion of corsair's axon hyper-processing technology ensures that every keystroke is registered with unmatched accuracy,... Read More
