If you want to speed up this process, use your nail (i used a guitar pick), and scratch it to remove the sandpaperyness.

It also includes dpi presets you can tell by the light that is in cyan the up and down arrow let you switch through the dpi presets

I would just recommend the black version instead of the white since the white shows dirt easily and since it is just black plastic painted white semideep scratches are very visible and i assume after some time the white paint will wear down from normal use revealing the black underneath

Great mouse for gaming probably too much dpi like 18000k is way too much
