Pros

Cables are long enough to allow for hiding. Comes with two cables that give a total of seven sata power plugs and one ancient ide cable power. Modular design is a must have for me at this point.

Cons

Out of the box, the power supply has an internal short which shorted my cpu and motherboard. Returning and buying a different psu. Expected way more from corsair and very disappointed.

Corsair is a lousy product and worse service. Get some other brand with better quality parts and qc.

Every time the fan cycles on it makes a pinging noise that is documented in a few videos online for the curious. Horrendously bad coil whine. Appears that coil whine is an apparent issue with the rme series.
