Cons
The thigh supports dig into your thighs making cross legged uncomfortable. The metal is weak and welds are poor. The height adjustment is very limited so if you are higher than 170cm you won't be able to sit comfortably.

Quality
Very easy to assemble and ultra comfortable as well what with the tilt and added lumber supports.
Easy to assemble, good quality build, wheels don't damage my wooden floor, and very comfortable, good back support.
Ive tried dw40'ing the whole thing, tightening all screws as suggested but it still creaks from any significant movement (eg.
The gas lift goes too down and keeps only about 1,5cm from the floor.
Price
This is expensive, but i feel like i got what i paid for: quality.
Shipping
Next day delivery, it came and after watching a short video, had it built in less than 20 minutes (would have been quicker with two of us).
Packaging/appearance
The box was just messed up a little bit, but other than that the chair itself was perfect!

After about 4 years the seat foam gave out i am 75kg6ft and i had to use a pillow until i could get another chair

The wheels arent ideal for our carpet but i tried filtering by chairs meant for soft floors and they all looked rubbish
