The base and wheels are solid, and they work fine on carpets. My only dislike is the armrests. The only downside is that the wheels have anti-roll.

Especially as i’m of big/athletic stature, the chairs support is incredible. The lumbar support cushion is a mystery for me. The gaming chair is very easy to assemble.

Cons

Item was damaged and used for at least 3 months. No option to contact corsair from amazon website also you are unable to disassemble it to fit back into the original box. Chose to return it after one day of use.

Uncomfortable, bad for posture, and caused me pain after a few hours. Hard seat with inadequate padding, limited adjustment. The base is very narrow at the front so digs in to outside of my legs. The foam pillow doesn't compensate for this.

The 4d armrests the chair comes with are completely hopeless. The right arm rest has become unusable, it is loose/wobbly, just unusable. The chair itself seems well made, but the arm rests are cheap rubbish so i took them off.
