I find it very supportive in my lower back, but more importantly, my neck, which is where i was really having issues.
Price
It was about $50-100 more than the other ones i was looking at, but i was enticed by certain aspects.

I did not receive any instructions in my box but a quick google got me a clearly outlined setup manual
