The arm handles are also adjustable up and down as well but not back and forth

The main thing i wanted to point out is that i like to cross my legs while playing my last gaming chair i had to remove the arms completely and it just felt weird

Whichever it is do that enough times and crunch the top of the armrest will break off completely from the armrest assembly because inside its metal screws put into cheap plastic
