Great product but the first one i ordered was broken it literally was used and returned too because it was broken the package of cords inside was ripped open so they just re shrink wrapped the box and re sold it to me as brand new which it clearly wasnt or else the cords inside wouldent have been ripped open and the plastic bag around the power supply was missing the second one i ordered works great and the wires were still sealed inside the box unlike the other one that was broken with a ripped open package of cords inside pretty easy to hook up so if you do it right and think you did it right but its not working try putting your old power supply back in and if the old one still works and the new on doesnt you got a faulty one just return it as dead upon arrival dont think it was you doing something wrong and just keep the broken unit  Read Less
