The 120mm fans in my pc, are set to run at 1400rpm and they are whisper quiet. Loudest fan on my rig by far.

This kit comes with 3 easily replaceable fan shroud colors (blue, red, and silver). They come with a couple colored plates, but you can just remove them all together if you just want black.

Cost wise bit high but keeping your mem healthy well worth it. I have 4 tridentz sticks and they still have room to breathe, despite the large heatsinks. Width is pretty generous - there is room on either side once installed.

Cons

The fan makes an annoying squeaking sound. Lack of airflow/dispersal space may defeat the purpose.

At $35 that i paid, its a little expensive, but it does the job i was expecting it to do.

Competitiveness

If you are wanting better results in a ram cooler you better be looking at a considerably more expensive liquid cooling setup.

Only downside to the noctua is it's 5mm higher so i'd have to forgo the fan shroud, but that's no big deal.
