Corsair’s icue software is easy to use since i like the murals options, plus it gives you detailed system monitoring tools.
The icue software was not behaving right which caused the fans not to spin up when the of was under load.
It appeared plugged in but after closer inspection the power cable was not fully attached causing this problem.

Well if you run into this issue just know that most everything in your new pc is controlled by one tiny box in the back of the case

After plugging it back in the system booted beautifully and then i had one other small issue
