I couldn’t comment on the tech support, as this was an almost flawless experience — i had to use my tv to resolve an hdmi issue but it seemed strictly a tv problem, and not the pc, as the tv had to discover and name the new source, or at least that’s what it appeared to have done, and once that was finished, i had flawless picture!  Read Less
