Installation is plug and play but you will probably have to set your bios to 3000mhz manually

This ram does operate at stated parameters after you turn on the xmp profile granted you are using compatible motherboard

A lot of negative reviews seem to be running it without xmp profile enabled and obviously they get worse results

Any ram advertised above that is above industry standard and therefore needs to be overclocked in order to reach specified parameters

All you need is to enable xmp profile in your bios
