This is my home workstation had to spend time to get timings right as bios did not have optimal reading of xmp even after update it now works very well after typhoon burner and several hours self-help tech timehad to set voltage correctly on asus motherboardworks extremely well with amd cpu boards were taller than expected buy cpu power extension if you are routing too close to memory be sure to follow motherboard instructions when fitting two modules had to try both configurations for optimal add a small trigger switch to the bios reset jumper for faster troubleshooting i can't blame the memory bios didn't get 2666 right off the bat had to up my voltages for stability ensure proper cooling in the case or the vrm may not be stablei'd buy corsair again packaging was very nice for resale trade value16gb is probably enough for most people i need 32 with virtual machines plus it just feels fastermore responsive windows 10 does great on linux once you get everything right the xmp profile was not right for me steady 2666 would not oclock on my rigi overlooked base timings spent long time at sub optimal added a top fan to my rig random reboots re gone now must've been the vrm trying to auto oclock force manual timing for stabilityhope this helps my case is phanteks ph-ec416pstg bk eclipse p400s silent edition with tempered glass, satin black casesi bought 1 silent 4pin fan top for vrm my reboots are gone now that timing is at 2666 i get 1:1 infinity fabric it fli!  Read Less
