Pros
Overclocking these is a breeze too. Just make sure to activate xmp on your bios. Temps range from 54° c to 58.
Cons
G502 ram is not compatible with icue. The only thing that does is my asus motherboard. I have them running at 3200 mhz because one stick is not stable enough.
Spend a little more and get patriot, gskill, or ballistix. Other reviewers are right that they aren't the same company anymore. What a rip off.
Bsod errors, games crashing, and black screening. My ram has the red warning box and my mouse isnt even detected. Restarting the computer did nothing as well.
Highlights
Quality
Heavy duty white plate, pretty lights, good quality.
However, on my asus prime motherboard, the pc fails to post properly with the ram on xmp settings.
The detail is amazing, quality is 10/10.
I am continually blown away by corsair's quality control and performance.
Price
Price is a tad high compared to other (similar) products, but i've yet to have a negative experience with corsair products (brand trust).
Shipping
I live in an area where shipping is always, reliably, at least and extra 2-3 days late on top of shipping estimates.
Packaging/appearance
They worked right out of the package.
Competitiveness
These paired perfectly with my ryzen 7 3700x.
Using it with my x399 + threadripper 1950.
Might not be certified ryzen compatible but they definitely work on my build.
Something to note at this time with this current pc market at least when using ryzen cpu’s.

I have a asus rog strix b350f motherboard ryzen 7 1700 with the ram kit corsair vengeance 3600 2x8i have messed with the tuning on the ram even enabling docp at least with this cpu and motherboard i can only get it to clock 3200mhz at 1

My rig ends up incidentally on camera andor seen by clients as well so the “fancy” lighting inside impresses them

It doesn’t actually matter obviously a machine is a machine but for people who expect to see something fancy it’s reassuring
