Get the latest bios firmware available to support using 48gb sticks of ram

The xmp profile for the ram available here is set for 40404077 which also shows works for my mobo however using 4 slots of it had different timings

This ram has great specs on paper and works well enough but my motherboard does not yet support the full 5600 mhz for 4 sticks of this stuff

Hopefully future firmware updates will enable it but be sure you’re not paying for extra speed you can’t use or for capacity that you don’t need

On the evening of the day that i finished building a system with this ram kit i began receiving bsods

Spending a day in memtest i was able to turn off xmp and then lower the speed and find stable timings at 5200
